SLX Assemble
With this benefit, SLX wishes to promote community and camaraderie among SLX team members! As soon as you join the team, you’ll have access to a $50 monthly stipend that you can use to connect with other SLXers in person or virtually! You can use your reimbursement for food, drinks, transportation, and activities while meeting up with at least 2 other SLX team members. Note the exception for cities with only 2 team members in our policy.

We want to help you support causes that you care about. Our Charitable Donation Matching benefit means that if you make a donation to a charity of choice, we’ll match that amount 1:1, up to $1000 per year.

How do I use this benefit? Donations to your charity of choice is requested and tracked through Gusto, our payroll platform. Login to Gusto and access the ‘Giving’ tab. From here, you can search for and choose a Charity. You can decide to make it a recurring donation (every paycheck) or make a one time donation. Gusto will deduct the charity amount from your paycheck and disburse it to the charity accordingly. SLX will then match that amount. How do I use this benefit? You’ll be notified and invited to events at SLX. Depending on the event, you may be eligible for a reimbursement for supplies that you purchase (For example, ingredients for a cooking demo). This will always be communicated clearly to you when the event is announced. Any costs incurred over the pre-approved amount for the event will be at your own expense. For pre-approved reimbursements, you may submit these within the same month of the event via Gusto. Follow the below steps:

SLX offers all full time team members and their dependents medical (health) insurance. This insurance helps with health related expenses such as doctor visits, hospital stays, prescription drugs, important preventive care, etc.
Eligibility: For this benefit, coverage starts 30 days after the team member’s work start date. If you opt-in to your medical insurance benefit, your coverage effective date will start on the first day of the month following this 30-day waiting period.

We recognize the importance and impact of having a work-life balance. Because of this, SLX offers all full-time team members Paid Time Off (PTO). This benefit aims to give team members the flexibility to balance their work responsibilities and personal lives.

Whether it’s getting a personal trainer to get your butt in gear, joining a gym, signing up for a Zumba class, or treating yourself to a massage (because why not), we offer a monthly wellness stipend of $100 for you to prioritize your health and self-care.

SalesLabX recognizes how equally important it is to be able to take care of your emotional and mental health as well. Because if you’re happy, we’re happy! For full-time team members, we offer a monthly mental health therapy stipend of $300, or a prepaid mental health therapy subscription through Better Help.

At SLX, we’re invested in your growth and professional goals! That’s why we offer a Professional Development Stipend benefit to all full time team members of $1,000 a year. This includes trainings, certifications, conferences, learning materials, and professional coaching to help you be the best you can be in your field.

Certification Incentive
At SalesLabX, we want you to level up in skills and knowledge and be incentivized to do so! For this, we offer our team members a $1,200/year pay raise for certifications attained that are approved in our certification incentive program policy.

Personal Care Travel
SLX is committed to helping our team members remove barriers around their access to personal care through this benefit. This benefit is intended to help team members with travel costs (transportation, lodging, meals) to access personal care when it is not available within reasonable distance. SLX will reimburse up to $4,000 USD every 5 years of tenure.

At SLX, we are committed to providing you with support for your student loan payments! Upon approval, we will offer a reimbursement up to $150 per month, per team member, towards student loan repayment during tenure at SLX.

At SLX recognizes that throughout a team member’s time at SLX, there may be important and/or critical life events that may involve a need for an extended leave of absence, such as caring for a newborn or a newly adopted or placed child. These types of extended leaves of absence are handled separately from SLX’s standard Paid Time Off policy, through the SLX Paid Parental Leave Program. With the Paid Parental Leave Program policy, SLX aims to support its team members with qualifying reasons for extended leaves of absence related to parental and caregiving needs.

The Global Citizen Travel Program is a benefit offered to all SLX team members who reach their 5th year work anniversary. This program recognizes your dedication and hard work and provides an opportunity for you to explore the world to expand your perspective.
